Bruce Stilwell
Bruce Stilwell was born in Otematata in 1968, he predominantly works with velvet and threads. Father of six and full-time joiner, Bruce’s art creations are a part-time love of the creativeness in which he has always dabbled. He exhibited his work for the first time in March 2017 and won the People’s Choice Award at the Changing Threads Contemporary Fibre Art Awards at his hometown of Nelson.
